NOTD-Green for Gradient!

Hello fellow polish addicts! This was my very first attempt at gradient nails. I had so much fun trying to do this mani.  I played with my colors of polish until I found
that these colors looked wonderful together. I can't wait to do another gradient mani!  Do you like? Tell me below in the comments section.

China Glaze - Celtic Sun

Hello, You guys are lucky enough to get two posts today :)
I finally had a day off work so I was able to do another mani! Today I decided to wear another new polish of mine. China Glaze Celtic Sun! This color is so beautiful.
PROS:
 1. Really CUTE! - Its almost like I colored on my nails with a yellow highlighter. I don't think I could find anything like it.
2. Went on smoothly and evenly. :) This is always a plus.
CONS:
1. I had to put a white base polish down because by itself this polish is insanely sheer.
2. Didn't photograph well - These pictures don't compare at all to what this polish looks like in person, but these were the best of all that I took.

Orly Nailtrition Review

Hello fellow nail polish addicts! ( sorry about such a blury pic - my camera was being fussy)
So I have a product review today. I will have to give you a little back story. I have like the most brittle nails that I needed some kind of hardener or treatment for my sad poor nails. I had read a few reviews over which would be the most beneficial and it was a dead tie between OPI Nail Envy and this Orly beauty. I ended up reaching for the orly bottle at my local Sally Beauty.  My nails are totally loving me because of this stuff. It works amazingly. Not only do my nails feel tougher, they are actually growing ( which I have always struggled with).  I've already used like half of the bottle. Ive done the 2 week treatment once and use it as my regular base coat. I'll do another treatment in about a month. But until then , even just using it as my base coat regularly my nails still look better.    I also love that after a few applications it gives your nails this sheer pearlized pink color. Its almost like wearing a polish. Have you tried this product? Leave your review or opinions on it below :) You know you want to.

My Orly Flash FX Pick!

Hi! I know I'm still a new blogger but I've really been obsessing over Nails Blogs. I'll eventually get around to posting a list of all my Favorites! But please go check out The Polishaholic! I mentioned her in my last nail blogs and I really do love her! She's my nail-inspiration. She's the reason behind my addiction. So today I went over to my local Sally's and picked up one of the Orly Flash fx collection polishes. I've been debating for a whole which go buy and they didn't have the one I wanted so I settled for my second favorite; BE BRAVE!
Be Brave is a pretty pink bar glitter. I've heard so many negatives about bar glitter but this one was pretty easy to apply. A lot went onto the nail to do I was shocked. The formula was just great overall. The base color is Orly Snowcone- 1 coat. I really liked this Combination it reminded me of a mix between Cotton Candy or Bubblegum.
(I apologize for my stubby nails, I filed them down after a few broke so they'd all grow to the same length)

China Glaze 106- Under the Board walk

So I have another Nail polish review.
This is China Glaze Under the Boardwalk. I bought it after seeing a swatch on one of my favorite blogs ( The Polishaholic) you should really check her out. She's amazing. Well anyway it's a very fuschia-y pink. Has a purple undertone but it's definite what I'd consider a pink. It's a jelly formula, which I love. The application was pretty easy and for the photo I used two coats. It went on very smoothly. I recommend adding this polish to your collection!

Nail of the Day :)

Hello!
This is my first real post. Doing my nails seriously de-stresses me! It takes all my focus and puts it into something completely irrelevant.
Well enough babble,
So I attempted, for my first time I might add, to tape a part of my nail and paint a color on top of another cover. For this design I used
Fingerpaint colors Tiffany Imposter and michealtangelo. The blue ( Tiffany imposter) goes on really well, whereas the more coral- orange color (michealtangelo) was more
Goopy And difficult to work with. I'll eventually post a full review of the fingerpaints that i have currently stocked up on. I finished with this mani with a top coat. I really like the color combination. I got so many compliments when I wore this. I'm not naturally gifted at Nail art like some girls so this mani was a little bit of a toughy for me. I hope you like. Leave comments below on what you think.

About me :)

So! First off I'll start with a little about me. My name is Samantha and I currently attend the University of Houston. I am 19. I lived in a small town in Texas, where everyone knows everyone. I mean literally. I worked at the local diner and I don't think there was more than 3 people who came in to eat that I didn't know, (ODDS are that they were related to someone I DID know.) I am a psychology major whose hoping to get into the law field. I've never blogged before so cut me some slack.
I got to spend today watching the All Star MLB game. YAY ME! My boyfriend is pretty obsessed with baseball. Well I got to run and do some chores for my mom. (I'm staying with her for the summer)
